Crypto Payouts: flat network fee and lower minimums

Crypto payouts are now charged a flat network fee in addition to the percentage service fee, and the minimum payout is much lower.

The flat network fee covers the blockchain transaction cost and depends only on the asset and network: 5 USD equivalent for USDT on Tron (TRC20), and 1 USD equivalent for USDT and USDC on Ethereum (ERC20), ETH and BTC. Both fees are contained in sourceAmount and never added on top of it.

The minimum now applies to the amount the recipient receives and is lowered from BTC 0.001, ETH 0.02, USDT 100, USDC 100 to BTC 0.00005, ETH 0.0001, USDT 5, USDC 5. sourceAmount has to cover the minimum plus both fees. A payout below the minimum is rejected with 400.

POST /crypto_payouts/estimate now returns feeAmount (the percentage service fee) and networkFee (the flat network fee) separately, in your settlement currency.

Affected: POST /crypto_payouts, PUT /crypto_payouts/{code}, POST /crypto_payouts/estimate

See the Fees and Minimums guide for the fee table and a worked example.
