Inclusive start of the window on createdAt. ISO 8601 (offset optional; values without one are UTC) or date-only YYYY-MM-DD.

Transaction code cursor. An unknown code, or one belonging to another account, returns 400. A code outside the current filters is valid and may return an empty page.
