Staging uses the same exchange rates as production. Accounts and keys are separate, so a production key won't work on staging.

There are some wallet apps that support creating testnet wallets.

Metamask: Change the Networks setting to Sepolia
Coinomi: Click Add Coins and choose testnet wallet like "Bitcoin Test" and "Litecoin Test".
BitPay: Install BitPay mobile app first. When you create a new wallet, please choose a "Testnet" option in the "advanced options"(document).
